Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Motion Control Group 3571-ME4535 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meiden parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Measurex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 9447900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT210SH35B0 manufactured by Meiden and we are pleased to be able to service most Meiden systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 05345901 by Manufacturer Measurex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Melles-Griot Brand LinearStage25 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Measurex such as 05356601 equipment made by Measurex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Measurex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Measurex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 90064545M2 made by Medar as well as the popular 5324108 original spares produced by Measurex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FX3U128MTESAGP4502WW by Mitsubishi and 05356601 spares by Measurex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTL5053 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Measurement-Technology.
